CNY (Chu San)

Today is Chu San... but didn't go for any vistings.... because Kiat Loong already asked me out....

anyway.. today's visitng is more for my parents and their "bei fen" people... my dad's cousin.... quite distant.. so i also dono them well... so didn't join them...

And so... went to meet Kiat Loong and gang at Sim Lim Square.... KL wanted to buy a MP3 player....

Reached there at 1530... read the meeting time wrongly... 1530 is KL and gang's meeting time at Little India... not mine... so well... whiled the time away by walking throught the stores myself... look around some stuffs.. check out the prices...
Felt like buying the cordless keyboard and mouse... but since my brother advised against it... and on 2nd thoughts that i will not be using it often soon.... so well.. didn't buy in the end....
Also felt like buying an MP3 player... but on 2nd thoughts again.... i will not be using it often too... especially when i go army le... because cannot bring it... so in the end also didn't buy....
Actually also wanted to wait for better bargains... like during warehouse sales then buy...

And around hald an hour later... they came... and i was abit surprised.... there was a whole gang of "botaks" with KL..... all the army men... haha.... and i was like the only long hair ( in comparison) there.... so funny....

We walked around for some time... and in the end... KL bought a Creative Muvou MPS player... around 256MB i think....
Wee Keat and Dong Hai wanted to buy... but after some considerations... also didn't buy... next time.. wait for warehouse sale or something.... think they still undecisive... since they are in army now and cannot use it in there.....

I myself bought a camera bag.. and a set of Sony Headphones.... quite cheaply.... managed to bargain $0.90 from the headset.... haha.... thought it is an small amount... but it is an achievement already... i usually don't bother to bargain....

And so... after that... we went off to Parkmall.. Dhouby Ghaut there ( so you should be able to guess the next hangout place....)... went to eat at Fish and Co. to celebrate Amos's birthday.....

Actually yesterday... late in the night... i did sms some ODACians about the celebration thingy.... but most didn't reply me... i dono why... but i also not really bothered.....
Anyway.. think it is also better that they didn't come.... got alot of 2S04 guys there too.... all called by Deming one....(which i didn't expect)

And so... we ate there.... shared the seafood platter with WK.... initiall wanted the Sting-ray one... but they no more le... so no choice lor...
Anyway.. abit strange hor... share with WK... haha....
There was around 12 of us... and 10 ordered the same seafood platter... 5 pairs...
After waiting for like ages... because there is so many of us ordering the same thing... teh food finally came... and we quickly gobbled up our food....

I thought that i will still be hungry after eating... because the serving looks small... and i am sharing it with WK (should have shared with another person.... 2 big eaters share food.. like not funny....)... but well.. actually the serving is "nei you qian kun" one lor... hidden underneath got some more food.... got prawns.. fish... sotongs... muscles.... oops.... mussels.... Heez.... and rice...
After finishing my share... i felt full enough le.... just nice like that.... so it's quite ok for me....

Also ordered a cup of alcoholic cocktail... some passionate fruit thingy... and can feel some warmth in my face after finishing the whole cup....

Anyway... throughtout the dinner.. i was quite out of topic... because they were all mainly talking about NS stuffs.... so i could only add some occasional comments and stuffs...
And so.. after finishing our food... i spent my time looking at the glass infront of me to see the reflection of the people behind me while they were still talking NS.... and well... actually saw one of the waitress.... looks quite "shun yan"... as in not especially gorgeous or anything... but just got a very nice face.... haha... also dono what i talking...
Even WK agreed with me after i told him to look at her.... and he still ask me not to stop him... diao..... if he dare to go ask her out... i will treat him Seoul Garden man..... haha....

And well... after paying( we all shared the cost of Amos's food).. we went to PL( nothing special) to chiong arcade.....

This time i abit siao le... spent quite alot on arcade gaming.... $6 on GS...$2 on WC.... and $0.50 on Daytona....
Today was abit high... so played 3 times GS.... because it was quite rare that got people join me play one... so at first played with Yong Shen.. followed by Deming... and lastly... myself.... haha...
Abit frustrated... because after dying in the first time while playing with TYS... wanted to restart playing after YS died too.... but after putting the coin in..... TYS go and press start... and i haven't insert my GS card in....so the round with Deming wasn't recorded in my card... wasted....
So although completed all the missions le ( because the continuation was left with only 2 otehr missions... at level 1...).... got no points or anything....

And feeling fed-up.. played another round myself....

And well... realised this fact.... i suck at mission 3... sreiously...
When i was playing with TYS.. i deliberately chose mission 3 first... and i died before TYS.. even before i met the boss.... adn when i played alone.. i died at the boss stage..... too much life lost in that mission...
But since i know my weakness... then next tiem know how to play le.... play mission 1 and 2 first.... then die on mission 3 will be more worth it.. rather then to just play mission 3 and die there.....

Later also chiong 1 round of Daytona with them... before moving on to WC....

And haiz.... today quite sucky also.... die very fast... played 2 rounds only....
Also forgot how i died le... but i know when i died.... my rank was the highest.... haha....
First round only up to Staff Sergeant i think... then the second round was still Major.... and so tehy called me Major Banana.... because i chose that nick... and for that round.. died second last... before WK...

After playing... we all also tired le.. and some got stuffs on.... so we all went home....
