Still in the midst of my exams... but well... taking a break now... blog abit...
Had my first paper last Friday morning, Statistic 1... hmm... i would say... i was rather confident of the paper... though i did not have enough time to completely finish my last question... and didn't have time to check through 1 or 2 questions...
But still, on the whole.. i believe it should be quite good.... haha... hopefully...
Attended a 21st Birthday Party of a SIM friend yesterday... she held it at Botanic Garden... Wow....
But before that... i feel like i should describe two situations that happened before i went there....
First up... i offered to fetch my friends from Orchard, at a public carpark infront of cineleisure... forgetting got ERP.... haha... ok... that one i guess no choice... have to pay one... the thing is... i exited from CTE, going down all the way... and though i could turn left into the carpark...
The problem was.... i can't.. and so i made a big round trying to get back through another side... without going into another ERP...
In the end... i realised i will waste more fuel driving around... and so.... Haiz.... donated another dollar to the government....
Sianz.... i think the ERPs in Orchard are really a killer man.... just a wrong turn... and you could get hit with another ERP.... feel quite "dui"... but no choice.... Haiz...
The 2nd thing was... i was trying to cut into a left lane to turn left into Grange road... i saw a bus coming in... i had already signalled my intentions for awhile.. and inched leftwards...
I was trying to see if the bus would give way... but in the end... i sort of made a rash decision to just cut in.... haha...
And so.... i was horned like no body's business.... ok.. fine... i do admit i have some fault there... but the thing that is most annoying is that... even after i've made the turn, and on the bus lane (but it wasn't the red lane ones), the bus that i cut carry on to horn me....
I initially wasn't too aware of it... because my friends were talking rather loudly, and i was trying to cut to the right to move out of the bus lane... but upon hearing my friends mentioning the bus horning me, i begin to get abit irritated...
I mean... ok.. fine.. maybe i was in the wrong... but is there a need to keep on horning me?
I've been trying to cut left (at that time), and the bus just doesn't want to give way... when i have already inched into the turn left lane.... and so that's why i decided to just cut in.... i mean... you are approaching a left turn.. how fast do you intend to go? And why can't you just let me go, when i am already into your lane?
I think this really shows the attitude of the bus driver... and the bus was from a the smaller public bus company...
Haiz.... oh well.... i don't remember the exact details.... but i do admit i have some fault... but that driver is a real jerk... big bully....
I considered writing to the bus company... but knowing that they are just going to give me another standard answer... i decided against it... i received one the other time when i suggested installing video cameras at MRTs....
Oh well... then again... i just went to their website and sent an email... haha...
And yup... that's the 2 things that happened... went for the party... it was kinda hot... because it was an open space thing... with an air-conditioned room meant for dancing... and since it's not my thing... i did not step into that room...
Following that... i went with my other SIM friends to Dempsley there for a drink... they drank... i didn't... just sit there and eat nuts.... haha...
And yup... after that, sent some of them to the MRT... then went home...
Just went for a run.... 6 rounds on the outer-most lane of the 400m track... haven't been running and exercising for very long.. so took a medium speed run... it sure felt good...
Got to maintain some fitness... because i'm going to have to take IPPT during my ICT... and it's not nice if a commander fails... or just pass... especially a PS.... haha...
SO well... got to take responsibility for myself... maintain some training...
Hmmm... guess that's all... tomorrow i'm heading to school to study.. and maybe try out the new gym... haha..
