Ayumi Hamasaki (Black & White)!!!

Saw the latest best album of Ayumi.... got 2...

Damm... my birthday should have come later... or Ayumi should have released her best ablum sooner... then i won't have to ponder over it now...

Very expensive leh... 1 album for around $25 ( saw this price at some new music store... so maybe more expensive)... then she got 2.. Black and White... total around $50....

Wa kao.....

Think 2 of my classmates would know what to get for me that i would like more... haha....

All the nice songs are in.... that's the best thing....

Never mind... go get a job and earn it then.... but well.. at least i know what i can get for my other 2 SRJC class mate.... ^_^

Speaking of job.... Haiz.... still searching around.... sent a resume liao... waiting for reponse...

Busy Busy Busy...

Been rather busy for the past few days... doing alot of things... just not working.... ^_^

Some summary Updates...

Last Friday went to meet up with my gang... been quite awhile... went to have dinner together... eat and discuss about the MK trip.... followed by a midnight show,"300", with Heok Kia,Luis and his GF... Nelson went home first because he got tuition...

Last Saturday was my cousin's birthday... on the 24th... then went to help out the whole day... morning help to break the bride's door... then went around ferrying the bride's side or friends for their photo taking and stuffs... then after that at night went for their wedding dinner at Merchant Court.... rather high class place man... ^_^

Went to collect my C&C3 package at Lido yesterday...a gift from the SHAG... haha... thanks dudes.... it was a wonderful gift... But i had been so busy... i haven't even open the game disc... so haven't play the game yet...
Will find a time soon...
Initially went there just nice at 1400hrs... then realise i am like the number 500 person in queue... so decided not to wait...
Went to meet up with my cousin to help settle her car first...her car kena rubbed by another car... got a big black patch of paint come off...bring her to the workshop to get the paint work done...
After that then went back to Lido at around 1700Hrs to collect... by that time... no people liao.... ^_^
By the way.. the package consist of the game, a GDI shirt and dog-tag, a very cool mouse pad... and a very big and cool mat-like material sort of mouse pad... or at least that is what i think it is...


I also went to Sim Lim sqaure to get a broadband router.. now that my brother and i will be using the internet more often.... better to have a router.. then no need to wait around....
And yar... i also finally learnt how to use my handphone to connect onto the wireless lan... even made a remark on my shoutbox with it...
Abit slow to realise that... but well... at least i know...^_^

And today at noon... sent my dad to Rochore there for him to take bus into Johor... In the morning we went to check out shops which can custom make a rack to put our flower pots in... finally found one... at $200.... the price is somewhat expensive... but we decided to make it because the old wooden structure holding our plants now is coming off le...
There's a cheaper alternative... $150.. but using metal that can rust... so in the end.. we decided on the $200 one ...
Due to time constraints.. i send my dad on his way first, then i will settle the rack with the guy some other time....

Went to fetch my cousin from VJC,then sent her to the car workshop to collect her car in the afternoon.... because the painting takes at least a day... cost of the paint work was around $120... i think it's abit expensive... although the guy at the shop is a father of my brother's friend... like no discount like that... Hmm... oh well... lucky not my car...

Went to check out some DIY shops in Parkway after that ... found that even if i buy seperate materials to make 1 up.. the price is actually more expensive... so well.. confirm on the $200 metal rack liao... tomorrow then go give him the measurements and deposit...

And yup.... that's what i have been busy for... so although i'm not working... also not slacking around ok... haha....
For the record... at least i settled quite abit of stuffs liao... all the universities applications has already been done... online job agency also apply liao... Mount Kinabalu research and confirmation is almost done too....

Phew..... yar.... done alot of things.... yep.... now time to get a part time job to settle down le...

21 Years old....

Yep... birthday just past... and now i suppose... i am considered a mature adult already.... Muahaha.... ^_^

Anyway... been rather busy for the past few days... so didn't even bothered about blogging...

By the way... a very big and sincere thank you to all my friends who attended my BBQ party on the 17th March, my birthday eve... Thanks for all your wishes and gifts... they were very beautiful~~~

And another big thanks to my relatives who came on the 18th, my actual birthday, for the buffet at my house...
And my... really have to thank their generous "Ang Baos"... it almost covered my total cost for organising the 2 days celebration... imagine that...

And as i was saying... i've been busy... fetching my parents to and fro airport, in and out Johor, as well as applying for my University....
So far... well.... finally completed the application for all 4 local Universities.... right now i am fretting over waht course to take in SIM... because there were some complication with the course i wanted at UniSIM....

You see.... i initially wanted to do the Culinary Arts and Management course... but then i will have to apply to SunRice academy for 1 year first, then study the next 2 years at UniSIM...
It's kinda troublesome... and the application fee is $500!!!!
So in a way... it's a course which if i can only apply if i am confirm on going there...

So right now... i am trying my luck again at all the other Universities... then i'll see how's the final result...
If all else fails, then i guess i will confirm go for that culinary course liao....

Anyway... i don't think going to any type of universities will make much differences to me... i believe i will make it with whatever degree i have.... yar....

I ever thought of opening a restaurant too.... so the culinary course is really my cup of tea...

Hmmm.... oh well.... i will be able to confirm on that once the university applications results are out...

The only porblem now is what course i should apply at SIM... they got too many courses le.... Haiz....

Oh well... go think about it le.... that's all...

Cycling + Swimming...

Been rather active this 2 days.... keep cycling and exercising.... haha...

But it's good... especially when i found out that.... well... the days in the army were wasted already.... Sianz...
Thanks to the days in Sabah... haha.... good food everyday...

Anyway... got to work it out le....

And so.... went cycling again....

Actually my main motive was to go swimming... at the Bedok swimming pool... but suddenly felt that.... since i became a SAFRA member.... i haven't been to their swimming pool at all.... i've only been to Tampinese SAFRA for like... 4 times???
And i paid hundred over dollars for their membership...

And so.... cycled to check it out... then shun bian check if their swimming pool is free entry for members... heard from a friend it is...

And yar..... it IS~~~

Damm... to think i have wasted all my money on the Bedok public swimming pool... only to realise there is a free swimming pool just further up... somemore it is not as crowded....more privacy...got bigger and nicer toilets too....

Damm.... took me nearly 2 year to finally go and check it out...

Well... going to get my money worth... go swim there everyday liao... haha....

Went to swim 20 laps today.... under the hot sun.... tan until very obvious...

I should go check it out too.... never eat before... haha....

Anyway.... well.. guess that's it...

Kinda fast...i never really realised it... but the day after tomorrow is my day liao.... so fast.... haha....

Almost forgot to mention the day...

Went for a cycle in the afternoon... after the well 10 over days in Sabah that i didn't exercise... went to check out my BBQ pit for this coming Saturday.... you know... check out the feng shui and stuffs... and got more information for those coming... so that all can be well and good... ^_^

Here's what i got...

By the way.. the pit itself don't have the pit number... think kena kapok... but just find the pit in between 43 and 41.... it's 42.... ~~~


For those walking... it's near to the seafood restaurant area... so fi you see this... keep walking straight...
If you see it from the other angle... walk backwards.... away from the water ski park...
Walk backwards as in the other way... not literally walk backwards... -_-"



For those driving... if you are driving from the west to the east direction... see this sign and turn in... it's the nearest car park to the pit.
Be careful of car on the other side though...





For those driving the other direction... turn in at this sign... it's your way.... just watch out for traffic on the other lane trying to turn in...

Cycling + Night soccer...

Just came back from a night soccer session with the who else.... quite ok... just that my spectacle kena whack a 2nd time... though it's alot softer this time round (as compared to the super kick by our dear Mr Ong)... it still affects my spectacle alot... now it doesn't seem to hold onto my face liao... so in the end i played without it...

Haiz... really have the urge to faster go and book an appoinment for Laseik man... settle my eyes once and for all.... or else all the money spent on spectacles will just be about the same...
Saw an advertisement on 'NSMEN' magazine... $2625 after GST... everything bao ka liao... shiok arh~~~
Then after that... can wear sun glasses everywhere.... CoOL~~~

Man.... wishing for that day to come...

Anyway...as if playing soccer with my naked eye,in the dark street soccer court isn't bad enough... there adds in the usual you know what....

Haiz.... seriously... if being a keeper is so easy... you should try man... try without clear vision....night light.... and if you manage to save all the balls... or pass the balls so damm accurately to everyone and anyone in that condition... i give it to you... i will let you nag all you want....shout at me like a dog all you can... i will even record your voice down and hear it before i sleep....

But before that happens... please bear in mind... if you can't do it better... don't expect others to do the same....
If the pass didn't get that accurate... make an effort to get it... or if it is being taken by the opponents... so be it... save your energy of shouting nonsense at your goal keeper for defending... or grabbing the ball back....
Seriously... it doesn't help to distract and de-moralise your most important defence against an opponent scoring a goal...
If you want... speak properly... i can understand English and Chinese perfectly... you want to rap it out also up to you....
It's very annoying having to endure nags and shouts while concentrating on saving balls with your vision very off.... it seriously is...

Just don't stand down there and KBKB.... it really stinks...

Having said all these... i shall do something strange now... ^_^

Having read a very positive book recently... i shall practise it deligently...

I will forgive those who shouted and nagged at me during the soccer match... and i hope they can get better in their skills... so that they can manage whatever imperfections i may have.
I do not want the poisons of hatred or anger in me... so i shall release them... i bear no recentment to anyone anymore... and may we all be happy~~

Stepping upon Singapore soil again.... the soil on the SAF soldier's face.... our soil....
* Okay... i know... lame...

Reach back here around 1500Hrs... after all the long rides in buses.. up and down custom.... changing buses....
I came back myself...to prepare for my birthday thingy first... my parents joining later...

I want to share something i see on the bus today... rather touching i would say... haha... it's on bus 168... Wooland to Bedok...
There was this woman, carrying a child, who boarded the bus, standing, because no space liao... then this lady jimmediately got out of her seat, which is on the inside one, and offered it to the woman... and she was standing since... all the way... for at least 20 plus minutes... through the highway and all...

Really admire her for her self-less-ness... willingness to sacrifice herself ... that is really what we should all be like.... selfless, helpful... positive people...
And it can be seen she was very tired at the start... because almost immediately after she got a seat, at the back... she fell asleep le.... suddenly... she seem just like an angel ... ^_^

If she had sat beside... i would graciously offer my shoulder for her to rest upon man... haha...
Too bad she sat at another seat.. beside an old man... -_-

I guess really.... kind nature people have this aura that makes them beautiful....
And yar.. in case you wondering why i even look at her in the first place.... yar... like that lor...

And so.. yar...

Anyway.... i am missing my Sabah life already... but well.. it's still good to be back home... or at least a more familair home....

Managed to have a early birthday celebration yesterday... quite a impromptu one... my dad suggested for it because his workers went to get a gift for me... so we went out to buy a cake... then celebrate in the shop.... small celebration...

My parents brought me to go get a Levis jeans for my brithday too... because they have business deals with the shop owner ... so can get some discount.... haha...
It's very expensive... for a pair of jeans... because it's original... and i didn't really want it... but since it's sort of a business trade.. i decided to help my parents and buy then.... you know... "got come got go".... business trading rules....

Kinda cool... the is my most expensive pair of jeans liao.... quite "kua zhang"... but well... business...

Yup... that's about all in Sabah....

Just spent the night sorting out my birthday details... sending out SMS to inform those who don't know yet... yup...

Changing car?

Before anyone gets too excited at the heading... allow me to clear the matter first....

The above mentioned matter is not taking place in Singapore.... but rather.... in Sabah.... so yar....

My dad has been talking about a car change le.... wanted to change to a bigger car... so we have been going round to look at new cars....

In fact... i just went for a test drive on the Nasa,Sorento.... some korean car brand.... don't ask me what is it... i never heard of it too....
But the car is very sporty SUV sort... abit like Toyota Harrier.... very big.... 2.5cc... diseal... full turbo.... so it's rather powerful....
It's cheaper than the Harrier.. but just as good.... if not looks even more class....
Well.. in our KIV list liao.... haha...

Also in our KIV is the Toyota Hilux... also 2.5.. diseal... 4WD....it's a double cab.... rather hot now in Sabah... much cheaper than the Sorento, but it's not as class....
Still... it's a very good vehicle to have... much cheaper to maintain....

So is the Toyota Avanza.... Toyota Unser... Toyota Prado... blah blah....

But yar... the main 2 is the above mentioned 2.....

Personally.. i prefer the Sorento... really nice and big... but well... it's up to my dad.... he will be driving it more... next time, when i have the money.... then maybe i buy another car here... haha...

Oh well... that's all...

Been here for rather some time already.... left with a few more days before my journey back to Singapore myself....

In fact...3 more days... very fast le...

I'm gona miss this place... but well... still prefer life in Singapore.... at least i can start to exercise more le.... i haven't been doing any sort of training this month..... getting stiff muscles already...

Still.... will feel abit sad ... because afterall... my parents are here....

But well.... it's my way of life... kinda out of the ordinary...

Trying to cherish the time with my parents more.... try to settle whatever i can do help out with the store system.... that's the least i could do....

Another Day in Sabah.... again...

Just another day .....

Rather bored.... no friends around here.... no friends to paly lan or basketball with... or play pool.... or play whatever....

Haiz... oh well.... still prefer life in Singapore i guess....

But i guess... Sabah is really 1 place for relaxing..... the pace if life is so much slower here... rather nice....

Chill around... help around....

Was just helping my dad with the stores... then going to help them set up some system for the stores ....
Yup... making myself useful around...

Oh yar.... i will be heading back to Singapore on the 13th of March....

Another Day in Sabah....

Well... another day here.... not very interesting... but at least also not so boring.... because here... petrol like free one.... my dad keep encouraging me to drive around....

In fact... i just came back from a shopping mall some distance away... bought a mouse with a built in fan.... never see before.... haha.... rather cool man.... so your hand won't be too hot from holding the mouse too long...

Hello... Sabah~~

Finally reached here... yesterday night....

Yar... still in 1 piece... nothing much.... now in my dad's shop using his computer to go online...

Spent the past few days driving around in my dad's new car.... haha.... a manual Perajro, and auto Myvi.... both models not avaialble in Singapore....

Rather exciting to drive a manual car again... after so long...

Hmm... nothing much to say liao.... so long...~~

Sabah... here i come~~~

In case you haven't already know... i will be going to Sabah later today... around 12 hours later.. been quite a long time since i last went back.... and that was before enlisting.... so got around 2 years liao...

Going back there to chill for awhile... help out in my parent's business.... relax... holiday....

Yar.... and so... don't bother calling me or sms me on my handphone... it is going to be more expensive...

Been meeting my army friends this 2 days.... been a long time since we last met up... Tuesday was with all the ORDied personnels... and yesterday with all the haven't ORDied yet personnels... well... it's not purposely arranged to be like that... but just that only the respective group of people turned up...

Find that i am beginning to loose the connection with the non-ORDied personnels liao.... maybe really too long never come out together.... then in a different phase of life liao.... haha...
Oh well... doesn't really matter... reservist come back then okay liao i guess...

Some updates for my birthday party...

For the actual day... 18th March... buffet is confirmed at my house liao.... for my relatives one... but well... if you so steady want to join in... i don't mind... haha.... just that very weird...

For the friends one... which is on the 17th of March.... Saturday... there is still some unsettled issues....
At the moment... i already got a BBQ pit at East Coast Park... Area D,pit 42.
But i am still awaiting confirmation from some cafes.... but the main one is Settler's Cafe at Katong... the bugger there don't want to call me back...
But anyway.... i actually prefer to hold the BBQ.... but what i fear is the wet weather programme... because honestly... there is no wet weather pro gramme... so rather un safe...

But i don't mind the Settler's Cafe too... because it's rather special...

Hmmm... oh well.... still in a delimmae... so actually so far haven't informed anyone yet.... just told them to keep 17th March free...
But i guess... in the end... it will be the BBQ one lar.... much easier in a sense.... yar....

But i'll confirm with you all again....
