Singapore wins Thailand !!! (2-1)

Just finished watching a rather exciting match between the 2 power house... Singapore Lions against Thailand.... ermm... Elephants?
Anyway.... on home ground... at the National Stadium... from the comfort of my house... on my 42 inch LCD TV...

Quite happy... for the 2 soccer matches that i have finally watched... the full thing... both Singapore matches... and our lions managed to do us proud on both occasions.... and it certainly helped to win me over to soccer....
In fact.. i was quite inspired by our custodian, Lionel Lewis.. that i think... maybe i should give goal keeping another shot again.... ^_^

Anyway.... the match has it's twists.... Thailand players actually walked out of the field after an unhappy disagreement with the referee.. over a penalty kick given to Singapore... which eventually lead to the win....
They sit out for around 15minutes... protesting... then the coach also down there KBKB with the referee and management... not really sure what happened... but eventually... they still returned to the field to carry on....

Rather doubtful of their sportsmanship... they should respect the decisions of the referee ... Singapore also got times when the referee gave a decision against them.. but they still played on... where got like that just walk away... then the whole world waiting for them to play...
Not whole world...too exaggerated.... whole stadium...

But well... at least it ended well... no fights or what-so-ever... even though the tension was rather high already.... i can feel it just by watching trough the TV screen....

Initially... i was doubtful of the referee too... because he was from Malaysia... so i thought he may discriminate against us because we won them....
But well... no doubts about the FIFA association.... the penalty was a very good testimony... though from the TV... i can't really tell if it was much of a foul... can't see clearly...
But still.. yar... that was crucial for our win....

It was more of a luck thing i guess.... so i hope our lions can fight more for their 2nd leg... at Thailand... no more luck man... away liao....

Spent the day washing and packing up my stuffs.... watching TV... blah blah blah... boring...\
At least i packed up 80% of my stuffs liao...

Planning to go swimming tomorrow...

Came back last night... it was sort of the last day in camp for me liao... went back to dekit my stuffs... get my clearance form cleared... complete my medical FFI....clear my cupboard... all the small and really troublesome little things ... just to get my pink IC back...

Really troublesome... up till now my clearance not done yet... because of quite abit of complications... then now 3/4 of my battalion involved in the POI thingy... all not in camp... really don't know how am i going to get some of them to sign when i go back on the 6th of Feb...

Oh yar... now i off till my ORD date... cool huh?

Missing my bunk already.... all the fun and sad times.... gangbanging fellow commanders time... washing toilets together.... playing with water.... watching movies....

Haiz... those were the days man.... ^_^

Feeling rather sad that i am leaving them first, and not all of us leaving together.... because afterall... we have been through so much together.... rather sad to leave without them....
But i guess.. no choice lar.....

Had a sort of last dinner together with my army commanders yesterday too.. went to "Secret Recipe", at PS....
What i ordered was rather special... some rolled up ball with chicken and ham inside.... called some "chicken bleu" something... can go try it out...

Basically...after that went home liao.... because a few of them , those who ORDing in March.... are involved in the POI thingy today... so cannot chill for the night...

This afternoon just sent my mum on her way to Sabah... she coming back around CNY time...

Now... getting bored at home liao... watching TVs only.... no movie to share around with fellow commanders... no people to tau pok.....
And i still got tons of my stuffs to clear and pack up... all the SBOs... LBVs... field packs.... abit lost on how i am going to pack them all up...

Oh well... i got quite abit of time to settle them... so take my time...

Hmm.... guess that's about all.... nothing much to say.... just feel kinda lost leaving the army.... afterall... it had been my 2nd home... in fact... i spent more time there then at home... so yar...

But like they say... there is no banquet that doesn't end... so now is the time... time to let go.....

Just came back from Alvin's house... played bridge and PES there.... together with WK,KL, and a very late JK....

Anyway... quite tired liao... going to sleep le... just do a summary of the week....

Oh yar... just share a latest news... my mum just told me Xun Wei Lun died already.... the Taiwanese actress... quite pretty one.... and very young...
Felt a sudden sense of loss there man.... an idol... so young... gone...
The last time i heard of her, was on the radio on my way to Alvin's house... they reported she was in critical condition in the hospital after a severe accident....

And now.... gone...

Suddenly like alot of young people gone... read Baldwin's blog... his Singaporean friend also gone...

Just felt rather sad man....

Quite alot of things happened this week... just heard from my mum also that my dad was sort of snatched off of $10,ooo.... turban... the sly thieves pretended to argue in front of the bank, then suddenly knock into my dad, and swap his envelope of money... my dad still checked the bag, then got touch paper... thought it's ok... then later found out it's a waste paper inside... kena the famous "steal dragon switch phoenix" method...

Hiaz... hear already feel damm pissed... if i were to meet any more of this type of trickster or snatch robber... i will be sure to break their arm man.... useless buggers... only know how to con and cheat... the hand also no use for them...

Really pissed.... but lucky can still claim back from insurance... but not the full sum though....

I had a big plan for my 21st birthday... but upon hearing this... though it is only right to just maybe don't celebrate my birthday at all... i want use it to help my dad.... save money... take it as my gift to my parents...

Yar... that's all about the rather unhappy events....

Basically... spent the last week on parade squares... first 3 days for my ORD parade... then next 2 days for the 3rd Bridgae COC...
Was the right marker for my company contingent... same as SISPEC POP that time... then i was involved in the mobile column for the COC...

Rather tiring.... because we end late, but morning have to wake up early to go Bridgae for the rehearsals... whole week didn't go out... didn't go home... just stayed in camp to rest..

Also had my ORD function dinner at Hilltop, some Bukit Batok Civil Service Club... had quite a sumptuous meal... and very interesting events happening... the organising committee actually invited 4 trans to perform for us.... play games... interacting with the audiences wildly too.... very funny....
Then also got 4 real girls dancing along side.... sort of made up for the imbalance....

For the weekends... did nothing much on Saturday... wanted to play basketball.. but the unpredictable want to rain don't want to rain weather stopped man....
In the end... went out with my parents... went Ikea walk around...

This morning... same weather pattern... but decided to go ahead.... got the urge to play...

But only the usual 3 of us... but we met a Chinese National there... so we teamed up to play 2 on 2...
Of around the 7 matches we played... i'm quite happy to say that i only lost 2... quite well supported my my partners... especially when teaming up with the chinese national...
His shots are superb man.... haha....

And basically... after that... went to eat... then went home to bath and change up.. then went Alvin's house...

Decided to have some space for my thoughts....

Going to share some thoughts which i sort of came up with my army friends... due to a fellow platoon specialist....

Here goes...

It's not how good or bad you are that defines how well received you are by your peers.... but rather, how much good you have done to cover up for your flaws that will determine how your friends treats you.

Example.... A and B can make the same mistake, but A, having been doing more work for his friends, will be judged less harshly than B, who may have done nothing much for his friends ....


2nd one... read it from the newspaper... and i find it quite true... but this one is edited to my own style...

You cannot force the world to suit you such that you can be happy... if the world is as such, you can either bear with it,or play the music to your grooves.

Simply put... suck thumb... but be cool about it.... be smart....

I think this quote is very relevant to the real society.... because if the society is as such... you can't force it to suit you... so although you may be unhappy about it... be open and smart... play the game to your style....

Good Basketball Session!!!

Well.. yet again... another exhilarating basketball session this morning.... although i was quite tired over the late night sleep yesterday....

This time though... managed to jio Elton to come join us... he was mentioning about it the other we contracted.... because he had been on a long lull period since ORDing... no job yet.. so yar.. just got him along to play...
School team one leh... don't play play... ^_^

Didn't start off well... got abit of the morning sickness thingy... but well... still tried my best...

But after resting for 1 match... found my grooves... then began to get better....

Initially we were playing among ourselves... but soon there comes quite abit of strangers... then we began to play against one another...

Not bad... sort of thrashed them... we won them 3 matches straight... with 1 quite overwhelming one...
Then after that.. we began to mix and match... play around....

On the whole.. i think i played quite up to my standard today... although the sun was shinning mercilessly down on us towards noon.... but still... yar... good play.... with the smooth sounds of the ball bouncing around only... ^_^

After that.. went for lunch... then i went home le... knocked out for awhile.. too tired le...

Wake up le.. went to cut my hair to prepare for my coming ORD parade.... haha.... cut it short... so that parade that time not so hot...
Anyway.... i think i will continue to keep my hair short... prefer it to long hair... more cooling... easier to dry... blah blah blah.....

Yup... basically that's about it...

Jian Hui's Birthday Party...

Just came back from my fellow company mate's birthday party at Costal Sand chalet... Jian Hui, from pioneer....

Well... rather interesting party... or should i say... made interesting by us... the army gang... haha...

Start from the day first.... woke up rather late.. because i spent the night watching "Nacho Libre".... really funny show... those looking for a good laugh should catch it... on DVD or VCD of course....

Then in the late afternoon... went to East Coast Park to book a BBQ pit for my company commanders... drove all the way there.... only to realise that we no longer need to go to the bicycle shop to register... just go AXS machine can liao....

Turban man.... go all the way to ECP to use an AXS machine... my house there also got... Kaoz....

Anyway... at least now we know...

Following that.. met up with Jackson... ATGM specialist... to get a gift for the birthday boy at Tampinese Mall... kinda last minute.... but i have actually been looking for people to go buy gifts together... only to realise alot of them not going.... turban... starting all say ok ok... then now all don't want to go.... chee bong....

Anyway... at least found Jackson.... then went to scout around TM... finally settled on a Parker Gift set.... plus a notebook...all placed inside a file...
Had initially wanted to put in a stack of foolscape paper ... to act as a decoy for a surprise.. but too thick le.. in the end i keep the foolscape paper..
But..... it's still included in the cost.. which was to be borned by 5 of us... haha....

With that done.. we rushed down to his chalet.... met up with the other army friends... mostly from his platoon one... then do the usual eating... talking....sing song ... cut cake.. blah blah....

And then... since no one took another action.... the army gang did our usual celebration for birthday boys.... all of us grabbed him right from his friends... carry all the way to the swimming pool.... and threw him in... then walk away.... haha....
Should have videoed the whole sequence.. but i can't... i am the main lifter... haha...
Then after he came back... it's the cake smash... right at his face... haha... damm fun...

In our unit... there's a tradition... whoever birthday will kena alot of this attacks... but there will be some innocent personnels who will just get involved... like my specialist Maung.. and Pioneer specialist Ganesh....
And since today only Ganesh is there... we grabbed him.. and let Jian Hui smash him with a cake... as a revenge...
This is one real fun thing about army man.... wait till you hear what we do to birthday boys in camp.... ^_^
But it's classified though....

Too bad it's still rather controlled.. because it's public place... then his parents around... so cannot do too wicked stuffs...
Anyway... we have already done it to him in camp.... really damm fun... really live for this moments man....

Then i think the next door chalet don't want to loose out... so they began to pole their birthday boy.... haha.... havoc man.... that's what i call a birthday party.... happening man...

Then basically... after that nothing much liao...excitement die down already... so we just chat around... eat somemore...then some fo them stayed overnight to play mah jong... so i went home...

Well... some interesting lessons for my own birthday party....

Number 1.... no swimming pool...
Number 2... bring extra clothes if there is one...
Number 3... don't get creamy cake... sponge cake with no cream is the best...
Number 4.... no poles around....
Number 5... if there are poles.... wear some guard...
Number 6..... hmm.... think that's about all... for now....

Oh well.... but i am quite confident that i can defend myself well....

But even if kena... then so be it lor... it's all for fun.... haha....

Tired day...

Tiring day.... just came back from a short pool session.... won all the matches... haha... because my 2 other friends are noobs....

Nearly won 7 balls on 1.... cleared the table after i break... but gave him a free ball on the last ball...

But still first time man... clear table... haha....


In the afternoon... had a battalion run at Bishan Park... 4 km run... took 40min 10s.... ran rather relaxing .... too long never run long distance le... my aim was just to keep running till the end... and well... i did it.. ^_^

After that... went back to camp for a bath... then went with my friends to SGH to do our usual volunteer work.. just that this time... we went extremely late because the run ended late... when we reach... the performance end liao... so we didn't help much.... just keep the chairs and stuff...
Then went to eat... feel abit "pai seh".. but no choice man.. we did our best to rush down...

Then yar... after that went to play pool at Parklane there.... rather happy... 1 of my friend actually treated me for a drink... for all my driving around for the day... appreciated that man....
Now that's what i call AT.....
Another one paid more for the pool session... thank dude.... small gestures... but it sure made me day....

Well... that's about all....

Back again....

Yup.. back again... after specially going to camp to attend the "Specialists cum Officers Happy Hour".... not very interesting... just some cook house food brought over... then some idiots go and coup all the chicken wings... the people at the back don't have enough to eat.... really inconsiderate bastards...

Apparently though... they also invite 2 girls to add colours to the event... but well... they are only like events promoters like that... do nothing much one... just stand there let people see that type...
And so coincidentally... 1 of them is a college mate of our Signal Specialist... haha... then makes the atmosphere very weird....

Oh well... nothing much... didn't win any thing from their games...

After that... went to play bowling at Yishun Safra...played 2 games... and i am glad to say... i both games also over 100 point le... getting better at the game liao... though my first shot at my first game was a disgracing 0....
But never mind... i topped the first game... and came in 3rd for the 2nd game... not bad at all man...

Think playing at Safra is rather expensive... 1 game is like $3.80.... more expensive than outside rates...

Anyway... after that... went home liao..... then tomorrow then go for the run at Bishan Park... a 6km run... at 1600.... don't know why so late man... sianz....

Basically.. that's all....

Haiz.... MLM strikes again....

Off day today again.... after helping to be safety for the SOC yesterday.... off till Friday morning actually... then have to go for a run... our unit's "Grand Slam"...

But well.. think i will be going back tomorrow afternoon... there's a specialist's Happy Hour.... and since it will be like my last Happy Hour...think i'll just attend ba.... although it's my off day....

Slacked at home all day... after late night out yesterday....

Anyway... just mention the highlight first... and as the heading suggests.... well... it turns out... the so call "job interview"... was all.. but the 3 letter word.... Haiz....
And to think i even SMSed him to ask if it was a MLM company.... which he just asked me back... what MLM?

Haiz..... should have known... where got a job so good one... at the start pay $1500 to $200...(unless of course... maybe go sell body?)
And somemore the location is exactly at where the company that i know is... LFI.... my brother is working there too... so i know the place quite well...

Honestly.. even when i reached the familiar carpark... i still refuse to believe it would be that company... i thought it would be some work somewhere near the building....
Until the final moment.... he brought me to the door step.... Haiz....

Some advertising company it is.... flexible hour job.... Haiz....

One thing that i don't understand about all those who want to jio go MLM ..... is that... why can't you all just be frank about it?

I have already condemn a friend over it... because that guy cheated me... asked me out for lunch... out of the blue... then just like that bring me to the company... Kaoz... waste my few hours there listening to some marketing structure that i already heard about....

Further more... he leaked out what i told him to his senior.. the guy who was trying to physcho me to give up my money....

And now... again.... haiz....

Why???

Why can't they just be direct... say i want to jio you to a MLM company call blah blah... then i hope you can just go listen, even if you are not interested....
And although most probably most won't agree to it... at least you had been honest... good try... at least if i know it is something i don't want... i can also just be direct....

The thing that i hate most is to get cheated to go some place... then i will become very unwilling to listen to what they have to say... and even more unwilling to part with my money...

So.... what's the point of cheating me? You wasted my time, i wasted your time... everybody's time is wasted... no work is done... what's the point?

Anyway... well... since already there.... have to listen lor... it's lucky that i am a don't want to hurt friend that type of friend.... because i can just be a bastard, then just walk away after realising it's about MLM again...

But well.. i didn't.... haiz... nice fellow....

So i spent around 2 hours there.... and after that... went off to meet my army friends for pool at AMK....

If it wasn't for this meeting... i would have been able to join them for "Botak Jones" for dinner... because it was one of my army friend's birthday....

But well.. just spent my time playing pool... while sharing with them how it was jsut another MLM thing... all the way till 0130 like that.... then after that went home...

And because of the late night... woke up quite late today... then whole day just slack lor...


All in all... this is already my 3rd session with MLM... i basically can start to recruit people liao... because i know how the whole damm thing works... blah blah blah...
But 1 thing i would agree.. is that this company would have a more competitive edge... given that it's product is better known... it's actually an international brad already...

To be honest... i was abit tempted to try it out with this company... but then again... doing so would result me being a bastard to everyone... then i will become like go everywhere will also bug people to come down to listen... it's actually seriously no doubt 100% very irritating....

So i guess... my answer to him will be a firm "No"...

Anyway i also don't have the capital... my money all with my parents...

I would prefer more of a i work, then i get paid that type of work... office work... that will be nice...

MLM.... though it is good to start young... but i guess.... i will maybe try it out after i have already started work... treat it like a part time thing... then see how...

But for the time being... i am quite sure... No...

Just a lesson to all.... if your long lost friend... especially those that you have never contacted in like how many years... suddenly jio you out to eat... or ask to add them in msn... just be careful...

MLM is on the strike.....

Booking in.. suddenly...

Well... will be booking in soon.... quite a sudden decision... because tomorrow my PC conducting SOC... so have to go back support as Safety Specialist...

Initially having off all the way till Thursday one... since the days got nothing on....

But never mind... go back first... then maybe book out after that...

Went for a badminton session with my army friends this afternoon.... had quite a good match... think my skill still not bad... so long never play le still can overcome some of them... haha

Anyway, it was more of a fun match... not really competitive... but we played league... then me and my partner came in 2nd... not bad lar... haha...

After that... went to have my lunner ( lunch and dinner)... while discussing with some of them plans for the 21st birthday party... which reminded me... that it is going to be a very money spending year... because we all 21 years old liao... next month i got 2 parties to attend liao.... then this Saturday got one also... busy busy man... and money flying... for all the expensive gifts... -_-"
Well... at least it's only 1 year.... phew.... think have to sacrifice all my pay liao... haha....

Anyway.... was also discussing on doing some collaboration celebration... because there is 4 of us who are born in March... and the dates quite close... so we were thinking maybe to get a big Kbox room... the one with a pool table inside one... then we can have an army guys session there.... think it would be a very good idea....
Heard it cost $1000 though... but lucky got 4 of us... so each $250... not so hard on the pocket...

But personally... i prefer to just gather all in 1 shot... primary school... secondary school... JC... Army... relatives... all come together....
But 1 thing true that they pointed out was that... the organiser would be quite tired.. running around.. entertaining everyone...
So... it would be better to have friends for 1 session... relatives 1... then maybe Army friends another day....

Was going through my guest list... think i would have at least 50 friends to invite.... think i will be quite busy man...

So... i was thinking... maybe can treat my relatives to dinner the night before... then all the friends gather around on the actual day... then for army one... we can all gather for the birthday collaboration....
Well... maybe the army one can come for the actual day itself... and the collaboration one... i don't mind....

Hmm... planning a 21st birthday bash is really a very complicated and mind grinding thing... somemore it is my first time doing such a planning for my birthday... because last time is just go out and eat.. settled...

Another problem is the location... should it be a chalet? BBQ? Function room party? Function in a club... Kbox?
Can't decide at the moment man..
But i think chalet would actually suit my plan... though it would be quite troublesome to entertain all the guest for the few days...
Hmm... think a function room would be good....

The good thing is... i can have a few reviews first... the few parties i am going to attend... then can plan better for myself... haha....

Oh yar.... i just got myself a job interview tomorrow night... thanks to Timonthy... from VS track and field one... just talked to him on msn yesterday... for the first time.. then he suddenly jio me for the work... weird huh?

Hmm... felt abit too sudden.... but decided to go see how it is first... because the pay is quite attractive... so yar...

Was expecting a lazy day liao.... but Wk managed to make some arrangement... and after some change of plans... in the end come my house to play bridge.... again...

The best thing was.... i would consider it abit out of the way.... but i still did it... and that is to ferry them to my house from Bedok Interchange... because it was raining...
Wow...... so far... all the friend's house that i went to... nobody ever come out to fetch me in before one... i must say... i'm proud that i am doing it first.... it is seriously all the way man.... haha...
But i must agree.. it is a need... because there is no bus to near my house... so i guess it's okay to do so...

But still... Wow..... all the way out man...

Anyway..... the came.. and they played.... i went on to do some of my stuffs for the ORD dinner... calling ORDied personnels to attend it....
Then after that.. joined them for a few games.... think i won quite alot... not bad... haha... beginning to truly get the game le...

Following that.. we went for dinner at Blk 85... again... all ate BCM.... plus we shared a $8 "hao jian"... had a rather sumptuous meal...

And basically... after that... they all go home le... because all need to work tomorrow... and i am the only free guy hanging around.... oh well...

Was just chatting around with some friends... found out alot of truth about some people... got people offer me job liao.... getting abit suspicious of it.... hope it's not mlm man.... i already lost a friend who tricked me into it once.... not nice man....

We shall see.....

One more thing to add... sad to say... today it was all MT.... no AT at all.... haiz.... guess it's natural already...

Just came back from a bridging cum PES session at Alvin's house...

Well... rather fun session.... except for some occasional lepoard roars and claws...
Had some rather adrenalin rushing time with Alvin... because he betted his Xbox that i will never win him in PES..... haha....
We shall see.... cockiness has always been my driving force....

Just look at what happened in DOTA.... haha... ( sorry man... jut keep on bringing up the old stuffs... don't mind me man...)

Anyway.... i am looking forward to training up liao... been improving... played 2 matches against him... lost 4-0, followed by 3-0.....good progress... next one is 2-0 liao... and soon.... Muahaha... i will be owning a Xbox for nothing.... Muahahaha~~~

This morning also no basketball.. because JK cannot play... some head swelling stuffs... then WK jio go Alvin's house to bridge... so since nothing to do... go lor...

Played a few rounds... then went to eat Pizza hut at Kovan there... meeting up with Fabian and Amos...been a rather long time since i last saw them....

Had a very expensive dinner.... mine cost around $26.... shared a couple delight with WK, plus we each had a lasagna... been wanting to try lasagna... very long never eat le... was quite good... but i think for the price... it is really not worth it... well.. last time into Pizza Hut...

Following that... we went over to the ATM side.... some of them need to draw money... then just outside the ATM station, there is a makeshift stall selling handphone accessories... and basically.... my handphone suddenly change protection cover liao.... due to some very convincing coaxing by the seller...

I would admit though... his persuasive skills are very good... and he seem very happy doing it... in a way... he doesn't make u feel very piss off... but he convinces you powerfully, yet nicely.... very good tactics...
And anyway.. since my cover also spoil le... change a new one lor... for half price... $6... and he just helped me to dispose of my old cover when i wanted to retrieve it back.... thanks man.... haha...

And so... after that... went back to Alvin's house again for round 2... then after that i headed home first... because my brother wanted to use the car....

That's about all..

Think enough have been said... well.... seriously.... i'm not bother to move the mountain liao... human characters are as such....
And one more thing also.... i guess.. as with all human natures.... it's only MT.. no AT at all... haiz... sad world.... sad sad world...

Did a long body maintenance during the day... cold weather just makes me sleepy....

Then Alving gan jio go play bridge at JK's house... actually wasn't really that keen... because it was raining really heavily... don't want to drive... take bus need to change 3 times then can reach there dry... sianz....

At the starting , while waiting for the rest to come..w e watched TV and played PES first... well, kena thrashed quite abit... but well.. it doesn't matter... it will come a day when i train until.... yar.... it will be a table turned... so yar... keep your sarcasm.... it keeps me going harder each time.... Muahaha...
Then after that, we proceed to play bridge....kinda ok... got win and loose... yar... leisure game...

Then since i didn't drive... got to go at around 2330 to catch my last bus... so i left first...

And so... basically.... that's all....

Was chatting with Chuan Piao in the afternoon.... and actually from the experiences of my fellow Victorians... i can conclude 1 thing..... Victorians are all really very "zhuan qing" one.... all can join Blue to sing "1 Love"... because so far.... i got 4 Victorian friends whom are all dumped by the girl... and not the other way round...
Hmm.. something is wrong with the girls nowadays....
Or is it with the guys???

Haha... oh well.... lucky my turn haven't come yet... and the 4... after the break up.. all really want to die like that... feel very lonely...
Maybe the 4 should form a "Dumpster Club".... then can share experience... get through it together.... form a band call D4.... sing some songs...

Just came back.... doing a last blog before going back camp...

Sunday.... basketball morning.... as usual....

Had quite a good match.... though only 4 of us... JK, ALvin,KL and me...

Played our half court and full court thingy again... think i am beginning to like the full court dash... though i am always short of breath one... can't dash for too long, or too many times...
Still.. it was very fun, and challenging.... some adrenalin boost for me for my boring life...

Met up with TYS and KKK for lunch... TYS drove specially came to look for us... then KK jsut finished some soccer session...
After lunch, TYS and me went to JK's house to chill first... because we are planning to go TYS's house later to play bridge....
We had a game of PES while waiting... and i am proud to say... haha... won TYS... 2-1... extra time... first time i won somebody in that game man.... cool....

Then after that... we went to TYS's house....where i learnt how to play bridge... after many tutorials.... kena people KBKB for don't know how many times.... cannot even be patient with a newbie meh.....

Initially i wasn't that interested... but after playing a few rounds.... found that it can actually be quite fun.... so kept playing on... not bad.... got win 1 match on my own after leaving the tutorials.... haha.... somemore is in a "4 trumph" suite... or however you spell it....

After that... we went for dinner at 85.... managed to jio them over to try out the BCM... quite famous one... had quite a good dinner.... then after that came home to pack up for camp le....
Got stuffs to settle in camp.... Haiz... ORDing le still have so many things to do.... Sianz...

Well... that's about all....

Just some comments....

Guess leopards really can't change their spot le.... the character like that means like that liao... no matter how you try to tell them about it....
The worst is that they critise you for having that same problem....

Haiz... human nature... really "ben xing nan yi" arh.... although it can get really irritating at time.... i guess i just got to put up with the nonsense.... really no choice.... testing my patience man....
Some people just can't realise their own mistakes.... seriously man.... they don't reflect upon themselves...can't think how insensitive their comments are....like to bullshit whole day... just keep thinking others is wrong.... they are always the right one....

Gymming....

Yup... today.. i finally kept my own promise... went to the gym in the afternoon... cannot stand lazing around at home... especially since TV also nothing much to watch.... really bored until have to go out do something....

And so... went to the Bedok gym.... ^_^

Actually it was my first time going there... during my almost 8 years of staying in Bedok... haha...
Last time only go to the stadium or the swimming pool....
I tried going there once...some time ago... but when they told me have to go to the indoor stadium to get the ticket... i was kinda put off... because i didn't know where the indoor stadium was... haha... then also didn't bother to check it out...
Anyway... i wasn't that serious on gym... because i was thought that school got free gym to use... no point paying to use some gym outside...

But anyway... today i finally went to check out the area... found out where the hell the indoor stadium is... realised inside got badminton court too.... Wow....

And so.. finally got into the gym.... it is rather small... compared to alot of other gyms that i went.... and the machines are kinda old... but still can use....
Generally... it is acceptable... but it is really small... with so many people around... it kinda makes it hard to work out.... have to wait around... and as usual... there will be people hogging on to the bench press bench... but i didn't use it today though... used the machine one.. because i went there alone... no spotter...

Actually... the gym would have been good if i went during the time when nobody around... then it's actually quite cozy to work out... minus away the instructor who will be scrutinizing around once in a while...
Oh well.... $2.50... can't ask for much...
But next time i will just choose to go at a time when there is no one around one... then get the whole gym to myself... haha....

Wanted to go swimming after that... but the swimming pool is flooded... with people.... so decided against that...

Basically.. that's about all today le... nothing much...

Lazing around day....

As the title suggest.... i spent today at home... lazing around... woke up late... watch TV... blah blah blah....

Initially wanted to go gym and swim... then because of playing Generals... the time late liao... decided to go swim only... but then i began to felt hungry... so ate dinner first... then saw alot of shows on TV very nice.... yar...

So... that's how i end up at home whole day.... diao..... alot of excuses .... haha....

But well... since tomorrow got no signs of basketball.... so i have decided... i will go either gym or swimming tomorrow... maybe even both.... haha....
See how's my discipline tomorrow....

Just some thought.... i think all those men who purposely go and get MCs to escape Saturday Guard duties should be charged and sent to DBs for at least 05 days...
And the doctors who help them with it.... kena fine or something....
Really very pissed off with this idiots who will just book out on Friday to get an MC.. escape the duty.... then we have to find replacement for them... usually from other platoons... really jerks....

Tomorrow already got cases of this shit liao.... i'm going to make sure they get charged on Monday man.... it's time somebody do something....

Well.. i'm back... after 2 full day of hard work... been rather busy with my garage stores... trying to make the date line for the logistic check next week....

And since tomorrow nothing much on... my PC decided to grant the whole platoon off tomorrow....except those who fail SOC and IPPT...

Book in day....

The day has finally come... book in day.... been quite a long time since i last went back camp... really beginning to adapt back to civilian life liao....
Anyway.... just around 1 month away for that to be true... ^_^.. kinda excited about it... haha...

Didn't have any plans today.... afternoon just sent my mum on her way to go back Sabah... then was thinking of slacking off the rest of the day..

Watched "Princess Dairy"... quite a funny show... remembered there was a 2nd episode to it... so if anyone have it.. do lend me...

Then JK called to jio go Expo... got some Metro sale.... initially don't feel like going... because i was watching the movie halfway... then watch finish liao feel very bored... so in the end still went to meet them...

We checked out the main 2 stuffs there.. the Metro sale and some book sale... walked around for some time... in the end each walk his own liao.... then i also don't know what happened to the rest...
The last time i called TYS... they going off le... then his car can't fit me in... too many people... so i just went back to look around Metro myself....
Bought a Italiano belt.. and 2 remote control stands.... been looking around for the stand ... because i got alot of remote controls in my room...
The belt is kidna special... not the usual metal hook through hole type.... but it's a sort of stopper concept... very hard to explain... but i think it's quite cool... so bought it....

Then after that... went home... then that's about it le...

First day of 2007... -_-

Just came back from a sucky basketball session.... really sucks... to the core man....

First day of 2007 got people piss me off liao.... Haiz....

Some people... the character just don't change... machiam leopard like that... just have to do things to piss other people off.... now just by thinking of it makes me boil.... really was quite furious just now... just that i kept my cool.... don't want to spoil the game... since it is already spoilt for me...

Maybe i should have stayed home to rest and recover from yesterday's late night out... but my passion over ruled my decision... and i have to go there and get this type of shit....

Haiz.... in case you all are wondering... the KBK strikes again.... and asides from the usual KBKB.... if i didn't remember wrongly.... i think i saw a middle finger being pointed at me... by the KBK... just because of some mistakes...
I can't really confirm was there such an incident... because my focus was on the ball... but the "F" word was definitely there....
And i have already mention before.... i detest people who use vulgarities on me... this has already been made clear to all.... and i was already quite pissed when i have to endure all the stupid noise... then came the "F" word plus the middle finger (to be confirmed.... but i'm sure it was there....).. that was quite the last straw... i was damm furious ... but i just kept on playing.... At that point of time... i already don't feel like playing liao... especially when on the same team as the KBK....
Really arh... the noise just never stop.... you give constructive suggestions i don't mind... talk all the cock.... it just pisses your own team mate off...

While others may throw a lousy pass to you... so? Big deal? Then you cannot run to try to catch it or something? I know you are the best passer... others may not be... so does that mean you cannot compromise? Everything have to be perfect is it? Go play NBA lar...

And so... for the rest of the matches... i don't really give much effort in playing.. my enthusiasm is already gone...
Actually not only that... mood for the rest of the day also spoil liao...

At least the "Gond Bao Ji Ting Rice " at HP is good... guess that sort of made up for everything...

My anger doesn't last long... but trust me... if this type of incident ever happen again.... don't blame me for doing thing i may regret doing myself....

Well... since i just came back this morning at around 0300... so i'll blog yesterday's countdown in this entry....

So.... on the 311206.....

Starting with the morning... had a really exhilarating basketball session in the morning... had abit of half court session... and ended with a 2 VS 3 full court match... JK and me against Alvin,KL and WK....
And my...it was what i consider as a match of the year 2006.... haven't been so tired for a long time... and i am proud to say... we won.... ^_^..
But it was a really close fight... think we won 49- 50.. or something like that.... really close one...

Basically... me and JK took turns to rush forward to do layups... and i think in a way... it was easier for us because the opponent team always leave WK there to defend only.. so it was easier to go through....
But well.. running up and down full court for dono how many times... is indeed very tiring.... both mentally.... legly... and breathly....

But it sure was worth the effort.... really good match there....

After that... went for lunch... then went home to rest.... go home knock out liao.... quite tired out from the match...

Oh yar.. forgot to mention... bought the 1GB mini-sd card from a computer shop at HP for only $33.80.... the same one was sold for $40 at a Nokia handphone shop nearby... Diao~~
Lucky i didn't go all the way to Sim Lim to get... there also sell for around $40... buy a hP is so much cheaper and easier...
And to think JK went to Hougang mall to buy it for $48..... this one really diao liao...

Anyway.. later in the evening... WK jio go chomp chomp... together with Alvin,KKK and KL... went there for my supper (ate dinner at home)....
Had quite a feast... BBQ stingray.. lala... kangkong... all the spicy and hot stuffs... was really nice.. just that the stingray too small...
Still remember Sabah one... the BBQ stingray there is the best... big and cheap... and very spicy.... miss that man... everything i go back Sabah... i never fail to eat that dish... yum yum...

Following that... after some discussion... we decided to go Mount Faber SAFRA... can play pool and watch countdown... but just when we passed by Vivo city... then realised the traffic there quite ok... then last minute changed to go there...

Personally... i don't think there is much there....been there a few times... and by the time we reached there.. most of the shops are closed... and the eateries don't have enough space... the good spot to view the fireworks are already taken... and blah blah blah...

Basically.. i think i regretted abit for agreeing to go for the countdown.... because judging from my last year's experience of counting down at Marina there with my army friends... i didn't really like all the human traffic... so i actually preferred to stay home and just watch TV or something...

But well.... at least we saw the fireworks... from afar... quite ok... managed to get a video footage of it... but basically that's about it... not much feelings of the new year....

After that... we decided to go for some pool at Parkway... actually it's only Wk and Alvin... i quite broke liao... don't feel like playing... at least have to recover the terrible lost i suffered the other time round....
So the rest of us watched WK and Alvin battle it out... race to 5.. and amazingly... Alvin managed to turn the tables and won 5-4, after lagging behind for a few rounds.... think he is really lucky man... Because WK did give him a few wins....

Then basically... after that is home sweet home liao... and well... the kind me decided to help the rest save some money... because if they were to take cab.. it will cause quite abit because it was already past midnight...
If i send them home... i will be dead tired by the time i reach home... and it doesn't make economical sense to do that as well... i'm so near home...
So the best alternative is to lend them my car after i got home... then they return me later in the day...

And so... basically that's it for my countdown....

Well.... to end it all.... I wish everybody health, prosperity and wealth for the upcoming year... success in your future endeavors... and most importantly... no more war... and peace to all... so that i won't have to be activated... haha...^_^
