Tired... booking in tomorrow...

Now actually feeling quite tired le... been doing alot of stuffs this 2 days.... then tomorrow have to book in to prepare some ATEC stuffs.... Sianz....

2 weekends like that liao... Sunday morning book in..... Haiz...

Yesterday... spent the whole morning and afternoon slacking around... playing DOTA... then the SGH actually jio go play pool... actually is WK.... then suddenly change to play lan... but they didn't jio me... so i didn't go also...
Well... i came up with a reason of my own... that if i go... it will sort of bring the team down....that's why rather then maek me feel left out... they left me out totally... easier that way....
I dono how correct i am... but that's just something i thought of...
Oh well... it's ok... i'm still in training....

Then apparently there were some unhappiness among the SHG.... well... don't wana dwell into it.... at least i'm not part of the argument... let the matter settle itself...

Then i suddenly remembered that i suppose to meet my friend at the bloodbank at outram to donate blood... at around 1850... and i suppose to meet him at 1900.... plus sign up the Youth Donor Club(YDC).... i have always liked to donate blood... then since i also like to do some volunteer work.. might as well join the club... see can do some volunteer work sometimes...


And so... i was late... then i was so late... the blood bank also close le...so i can't donate liao.... but at least wait for my friend... then he took me to meet the person in charge of the YDC...then sign up as a member.. and joined in their activity that day.. which was a movie screening.... and the attendance was a pathetic 4 of us... including me and my friend.... plus organisers 6.... that's all... out of the 600 members that had signed up...
Cool~~~~ but i guess a movie screening is not really that exciting.... maybe some other adventurous one then more people will go...

Anyway.. watch "Ultra Violet".. and i can also say.. i watch until want to sleep...

After that.. went to meet the rest of the SHG at Parklane... completed a game of WC with KL.. with 4 lives left.... think the game getting too easy for me liao... haha.... recently keep completing it...
Then after that we went for supper at Chomp Chomp... for me it's dinner... i didn't eat.. becasue i was rushing to bloodbank...
Then we went for a game of DOTA at Hougang Plaza... played a game of what i feel is not very exciting card game of snooker using smaller pool balls... first becasue not enough space....
Then after that... basically KL sent everyone home first (using my car), then i went home... reach home around 0430..... shagged... slept on the sofa immediately...

Then today at noon... JK called me to comfirm time of the 'Wild Wild Wet" trip together with him Indon cousins...i was still sleeping... didn't really feel like going... haha...
But still ... since all going... then go lor...
WK didn't want to go... think he has the fear of taking off his clothes or scared of water... or something else... but actually the place no need to siwim one.. and you can choose not to take off your clothes (or else the girls there how?)... and it is actually a fun place to chill together...

But i guess because i went before le.. after playing the few most exciting slides... the whole place just seem boring le... then absically just around in the lazy river.. adn the tsunami thingy... then after that i left first... because i have to attend my fellow mortar Spec's birthday party... actually birthday is during our ATEC.. so he pushed forward... 21st Birthday leh... like not sian... lucky for my 21st Birthday i ORD le... haha...

Anyway.. quite a nice condo... had a sumptous vegetarian buffet...got a niec cake... and the last one was a good dipping the birthday boy in the swimming pool... by me and 2 otehr mortar specs... Muahahaha..... army friends' birthdays are always so exciitng and fun.... then he also kena whack cake... cool... but we did it all without his parents of relatives seeing... haha...
One thing though... they like to take alot of photos... so it's like from army friends.. then secondary school friends... then JC friends... then relatives... then all friends... then all relatives.. take damm alot of photos... and wasted quite abit of time....
But at least at the end.. finally finsh... then can eat cake le... haha

Then after the pool dunking.. we vacanted alomst immediately... then i came home hoping to play a game of DOTA with the SHG... but apprently ALvin not feeling well... so well.. no choice...
Anyway it's good... not i can rest early...

Happy Birthday 2 S.I.R. Hoo~~~Waa !!!!

Today... is my battalion's dono how many anniversary.... haha... hey... i didn't know because i wasn't in camp much, or listening to RO for this week... been busy moving around.. getting stores... preparing for standby and stuffs....
But it should be quite old liao.... 2nd battalion leh... haha...

Maybe around 40?

Anyway....i try to amke it a point to blog once a week... but last week is too rushed liao... because as i had mentioned before... i got guard duty on Sunday... so well...then Saturday played DOTA and went out with the SHG to chill around town... went Heartland mall meet them... then went Bugis walk around... then went Dhouby Ghaut.... absically just played arcade... chill around... nothing much...
Then sunday morning went back to camp for duty... wanted to go back on Saturday... but because the outing ended late... so might as well just go back the next morning...

This week... mainly is preparing for our turnout... which happend yesterday morning...
My platoon is activated to go do stage 1 drills in camp... so it was still ok... The rest shouldn't say too much...

But i think WK was responsible for sending ammo to our battalion... heard from YS... so they knew about my activation.... haha... but too bad don't get to meet them...

This morning celebrated our anniversary at Sentosa, Susilo beach.... had alot of fun and games... and food... and... i think the organisers really put their heart and soul to organise this stuff... they actually arranged for 5 bikini babes to attach to our battalion, one for each company, to cheer us on.. join in the games... ^_^

But well... actually i think only one looks pretty... and she happened to be our company mascot... haha...
But she is not as sporty as the others... think she more shy.... but it deosn't matter.... becasue the way i see it... when we are competing... the girls are not important... it's our own comapny spirit that we cheered on for... they are more like eye candies around lots of catus... becasue we just had a battaltion hair cut.. adn all of us look alike... abit like recruit style...

And the good news is... Support company won the whole thing in the end... ebcause our OC won 2 challenges set against the Alpha OC... because their score tied with ours... first it was a sprint... then paly scissors, paper ,stone... both won by our Support OC....
And the really weird thing is that...our company also took 3 out of 5 lucky draw prizes, including the 1st and 2nd prize... think our OC's "Wang Qi" of winning pass to the company....
Or actually it could also be that we got the msot people around... so higher probability.... haha...

Today jsut abit disappointed that my current PC didn't come.. becasue he is the BDO... or else it would have been more happening... our comapny is actually one of the quietest and not bonded one... because we have have different roels to play... so i guess it can't be helped....
But well.... we still work well togehter when it comes to fun.... so i guess that's better than nothing...

Haha.. doing a ntaional day blog....

First of all... Happy 41st Birthday to Singapore..... everybody happy and prosperous... "guo tai ping an".... no war... no terrorism....(or else i will be activated...)
Haha... just kidding.... i will go to war for my country.... Muahahaha....

Starrt with yesterday then....

I was the flag party for our National Day parade yesterday morning... was in charge of the SAF flag.... was initally either the flag party IC or something... but in the end because my sore throat... lost out in giving the commadn part to my fellow ATGM (NS)PS... so he got the job.... anyway it's also nothing much... only got 2 commands to shout out only....
Then after that... basically nothing much... chill all the way until the CDO decides can book out... then we all booked out...
I didn't drive... my brother and mum came to fetfch me... becuase of the red plate issue.. didn't want to waste $20... petrol also not so expensive...

Oh yar.... think i forgot to mention something about my car... just around 2-3 weeks ago... my car kena scratched by another car.... because it was following too close to mine at the IMM carpark... then he came down to say what i didn't move forward... even though the car infront of me move... and so hit into my car abit...
It's abit in-logical... but i guess he is trying to save his ass... by pushing the blame to me... like that he like saying as long as the car infront move.. he can just move forward to ram the car infront of him lar... even though it is not moving.... really full of shit...
But... fat luck to him... my very experienced driver father helped me talk it out with him...and totally make him no words to say against me... because as it is... it is his fault... in the end at least he got take out his polish to help us wipe it... although still got a little scracth at the rear right wheel there... at least not that bad... but the bad part is that he from start till end didn't even bother to apologise lor....

Haiz... young drivers nowadays....so rude.... he lucky his girlfriend in the car... or else punch him up liao.... haha...
Just kidding...

Actually my father made him to and find his own car mechanic.. then call us, then we send the car over to repair... on his bill... but up till now i didn't even hear his fart lar... turtle...
But since it's just a small scratch.... we decided to forgive and forget....

Anyway.. as i was saying.... my brother came to pick me up... then i went home.. change.. then go for a supposely class outing at Parkway.... cycled there.. since no car...
And it turns out.... only got 2 guys there... me and dominic.... the rest all pang seh... so it's like 2 of us and 5 girls.... and basically... they are engaged in their conversation... and i talk army with dominic... wow... so fun....
Then later the 2 of us went to play pool... they joined in later... then after that we went home le...
Wow.... nice outing.... basically i think it's more of a girl's outing... because the guys all either not free... or don't want to come.... thanks man...
Actually i also didn't feel like going liao... after Wei Yang told me he not going le... because no guys there.... and i was like sian out liao.... WTH... but since i promise to go le... and anyway it's near... so ok lor.... go catch up abit....
But basically there's nothing to catch up... because honestly... the guys and the girls are like so totally from different worlds liao.... i think they have advanced alot more... and we guys are still stuck at army life... so it's kinda nothing much to talk... very weird situation at the table.....
Well... next time maybe i should really check out the other guys got go or not first... or else it will be another sian outing le....
Not blaming anyone here... not get the wrong idea... just the way our society works...


Anyway... today is just another very simple day of slacking at home.... play DOTA... watch tv.... been doing some personaly training....becasue i don't want to be the one that people always KB or scold around.... so i will work to become stronger.... Muahahahaha....

Actually want to jio friends play online... but all either is out... or involved in the parade.... darn....

Saw the parade live on TV... just one comment though.... the parade commander's commands are not very impressive... the tone and all that.... the Parade Sergeant Major is better at it....
But still.. on the whole.... everything is good and nice.... no cock ups.... nobody faint... haha...
Trying to catch sight of Dominic or Wei Song in the commando GOH contigent... but cannot see them... camera too fast le.

Still feeling full... because my mum decided to celebrate National Day too.... by eating steamboat ... haha...

Nothing much liao.... booking in later.... Friday going for a bbq organised by my platoon specs, for all support company commanders...
Then guard duty on Sunday....

Haiz... guess my weekend is gona be quite short then....

Today is my book in day.... whole day at home ... nothing special.... just did some prep... sharpened my ET blade...becasue i brought it for use during ATEC... then have to sharpen and re-spray it black for some brigade inspection tomorrow....

Nothing much....

For the past 2 days... also nothing much.. play soccer.. followed by DOTA on Friday night... DOTA got abit kena thrash... also got kena scolded alot... haha... i got fault lar... keep kane gang by others...

Well.. it's just a game.... let's be open minded about it... haha...

Continuation....

Well.. going to continue from yesterday... finally got some time to sit down and blog abit..... haha....

Hmm...as i was saying... last week spent alot of time going out with my parents... didn't really do much interesting things for last week....

But we did bought a new fish tank... haha.... on last Sunday... kinda of last minute thing... saw this shop at Tiong Bahru... we went there to eat at the newly renovated famous hawker center... then saw a fish shop... went in and saw this already set up tank... with real sea plants in it... kinda cool...

Intially i still wanted to get some rare fishes... like the snake fish... or puffer fish.. or sharkfish... all small size one... but since i don't have much strong experiences with fishes... it's better to start off with some easy fishes... some small fishes that were also added in the tank of the sea plants...

We didn't buy it at first... still went to Kranji there to check out the fish farm... but all close liao... then also went to a shop at Clementi... TYS recommned one... but it is actually close on Sunday... and at last went back to the shop... and bought the tank.. all set up... because if we were to set up a new tank ourselves... it will take quite abit of time... something which i don't have much... so well... get the whole set... easier...

And so... now i got a fish tank... haha... my dad added in some tetra also... so quite colourful... and the plants also very nice... kinda makes you feel calm when you just stare into the fish tank...

Wanted to upload a picture of it... but now my software for the upload picture one gone le... so i see when free then upload again...

Sometimes... i think we should really cherish family times man... like now my dad came back... then i saw his white hairs... which i rarely see... becuase everytime time he always got dye... and it makes me realise that he is actually into the "old" age already... something which i never realise before.... i guess that's what happens when you don't always have your family with you...
It's kinda sad... but at least now it makes me want to spend my time with my family more than ever...
So well... cherish your family man.... to all my friends out there...

ok... now finally... some updates this week...

For the whole week... from Monday to Thursday...me, another moratr Specialist and my (NS)PC were attached to ATEC as empires for some 649 reservist battalion.. doing their ATEC during their 7th cycle.... imgaine that man... 28 years old already ahve to fight ATEC.... man... i will hate the army if they make me do it at such a not so young age.... haha..

Anyway... on the whole... i would say it was really very boring... but at least i learnt some of the good habits that they have... can help in my own ATEC stage 2...
But we are only enthu on the first day... last few days sian liao... i sleep more than i am awake... haha...

But well... it wasn't totally boring... at least i am proud to save.... i actually saved a life during the 2nd mission.... haha... first time really apply my first aid skills... and the feeling is really cannot describe one man... it's good to save life.... instead of building some tower....

Here's what happened...

We were actually resting in our rover... while they were doing recce for their deployment ground... then suddenly... their PS just walked over calmly to ask for any empires.... we replied... then he said one of their guys unconcious...
I was like... huh? Unconcious? ANd you still so calm? Diao....
We ask him how come.. then he say dono.... -_-"

And so.. me and my (NS)PC quickly rush over.... i reached the guy first..

Then seeing his SBO and TES set still on... i quickly order one of the man to tkae out his attire... loosen the clothes... while checking for his pulse and breathing...
Luckily both also go.... heng... i was already prepared to do CPR liao... because normally unconcious = no breathing or pulse... so i guess he just black out or something...
But seriously... since he got breathing and pulse... i also dono waht to do le...because i am only trained in the situation if there is no breathing and pulse... so stunt there for abit... but still... did some basics.... like resting his head on his SBO... calling out to him... trying to wake him up...
Think it did him some good... because he suddenly gave some cough.... then was able to respond to whatever we ask him.. although quite weakly...

He was quite hot all over... so we concluded it should have been some heat injury... so i put some water on his lips... and around the neck.. trying to cool him down before the medic reaches back( the medic went to did the recce also..).
Finally... the medic is back... and we left him to his care.... assisting by the side... while the rest went on with their mission...
Finally... he is much better already.... can walk slowly.. can dirnk water... and the formation safety officer came also... then they diagnosed that he is still ok.. no need to send to MO... then just let him rest in the tonner...

That's all for my amzing rescue.... haha...

Although it couldn't be said that i did alot... but i still mange to get him back... so it kinda makes me feel good too... i still did save a life...
But it's kinda sad that his fellow platoon mate... especially his PS... they didn't know what to do... just leave him there like that... haiz... lucky i am there man...


The ATEC ended on Thursday... and the man and the mortar specs get to book out on the same night... ebcause they are going for some recce at Pulau Tekong for ATEC on Firday... which mortar is not involved... so we went back to camp.. packed up.. then i went home le....

Basically... that's about all le.... till Friday.... the rest continue one Sunday.... haha... or else very lor sor...

Haha... quite long never blog liao.... actually is only last week lar.... haha... too busy liao.. going out with my parents... becasue they don't often come back Singapore together... so got to spend more time for family.... so didn't really have the chance to blog...

Well.. kena jio to go play DOTA le... guess i ahve to carry on tomorrow liao... haha...
