Bon Voyage~~~ROC.. here i come!!!

Well.... here i am... time to go again... but this time it won't be just another week before i'm back... but 3 weeks.... coming back around 121105...

But for us abit sian... come back still got to report to camp first... settle all the stores and stuffs then can book out...
Don't think it matters much anyway... will be quite happy already... will be POPing soon after that...

Today did nothing much (as usual)... finalised my packing... played computer game... watch TV.. went to collect my uniform (sent for rank changing)...
Oh yar... i finally drove the car alone... independently .... to go and collect my uniform... haha... quite shiok....

Hmm... guess also nothing much to say liao...

To Senghou gang... i will be on for the next basketball session after i come back... keep me informed...

Hmm... then to my classmates.. maybe a dinner? haha... this time i will try to organise it lar... haha.... very long never go out liao...

To Luis and Heok Kia... it's time to come out man... we very very long never meet liao... haha... and luis... my VCDs... as to Heok Kia... lend me "FMA"...

To my VS classmates... maybe it's time for another gathering.... haha... i will try to organise one too...

Hmm... guess that's about it leh...

Rest day....

Today... did nothing much.. did't go anywhere much too... basically... slack...

In the morning followed my brother to NUS, then i drove the car back, with the guidiance of my mum... she still not very "fang xin" to let me drive by myself... oh well... just got to have more drives around then...

After that... basically what i did at home is play computer.. watch TV.. pack up my stuffs... and resting my leg... the calf muscles still very crammed.... can't move my leg as freely....

Actually suppose to have some sort of outing or dinner.... but i myself lazy to organise... so in the end nothing on lor... haha...

Anyway i think alot of people also not free... so never mind... rest more lor...

Hmm... this blog abit too short le... maybe i crap abit ba.... Heez...

Hmm... come to this stage already... after ROC come back will become 3rd Sergeant liao... don't really feel like crossing over to OCS liao(anyway i also don't think i can make it)... abit sian of trainee life...
Honestly... why i wanted to cross-over is really for the honour and glory... quite the wrong reason... so i guess i am better off being a Sergeant... at least not a man...

Still haven't decide on a course for SIM... also dono want to go there or not... Haiz... abit uncertain of my future after NS... want to look through the courses also abit sian... everytime book out also only want to slack around... Haiz.. maybe after this trainee life ba... have more time.. then really go and seriously look through the courses...

Well... guess that's about it le... go sleep liao..

Out... on a Wednesday night~~~

Booked out today at around 1900... having our off tomorrow...
This had been a very slack week... mainly briefing and packing our stuffs... think the BSLC trainees see us also buay tahan... so slack...

But we did have a very significant event, and that is the 22km round island round.. held this morning...
To be more precise, it is the last 22km run SISPEC is going to hold in Tekong island... december go PLC there then no more liao... so it is quite a significant run...
The expected time to complete was 2h 45min.... but i took 2h 54min... and i was the last guy in the whole run.... so not like me right?
Well... it's a fact... and maybe i explain abit....

At the start of the run... my pacing was quite good... kept a constant pace throughout all the way... was in the upper half of the whole run...
Then at around the 15km that part... it struck me... muscle cramp... and mind you.. it is not just some soft cramp... qutie serious leh.. can see my muscles curve inward alot... quite jia lat... i run abit... then have to stop to strectch because my calves keep cramming....
But due to my strong fighting spirit... i chose to "tong" all the way... i wanted to complete the whole thing... and so i began to run quite slowly... and even so.. have to stop and stretch.. then go again...

And so.. slowly... people began to over-take me... and at around the 20km part... i was among the last few liao... then my 2 platoon mates caught up with me... my buddy and another platoon mate... and they ranm with me all the way after that... they were qutie slow... because my buddy's knee not very good... then the other guy is accompany him one... then end up they have to accompany me..
At around 22km.. we were the last group liao...the tonner responsible for picking up all the "fallen runners" and water-point was just behind us... then the vehicle commander was KBing us because i was walking.. then when i started running and he saw that i keep cramming... then change to keep asking i want to see medic or not... abit irritating... but well... heck.... i was determined to complete the race...

And so...nearing the SISPEC gate there... i still saw another guy... and i am confident of over-taking him... i don't want to be the last.... and so... wanted to chiong...
Then.... my leg crammed up again... and so... can only slowly limp towards the finish point.... and be the last guy... actually i wasn't the last... because my other 2 platoon mates chose to take the later numbers... but the actual fact is that... i was last... damm sian... and demoralised....

But i guess i can't really blame anything ba... the thing is that maybe i wasn't used to running long distance... so the cram more serious... then also maybe because i keep going despite ealier signs of small crams coming up... then resulted in the big serious cram...
If i didn't have the cram... i could have reached under 2h 15min.. haiz... guess the only consolation is that i complete the whole thing... so i am the last guy in the last 22km run hold by SISPEC in Pulau Tekong... qutie a good consolation...

Quite "luo sou" right? Anyway i got nothing to write for today... so pour out some of my disappointment here lor...

Book in day.... for the last time this month...

Well.. here i am again... last time booking in... going ROC this Friday... won't be coming back till another 3 weeks....
But not bad lar... booking in at 2200... so far the latest time ever...

This week... quite slack... and fun too... Did HCC at Hendon camp... then went for night's off... thus the Wednesday entry.... because we booked out straight from there... then went home to wash clothes and bath... then joined my section mates to play pool at Tampinese mall... met Wei Song there(he also haveing night's off)..then we shared cab back to SFT...
Was kinda burnt... thanks to a fellow trainee from another platoon... who is very scared of heights... and i so luckily was his ropeman... and so... i spent around 45 min under the hot sun... trying to get that guy to climb up the sky ladder... encouraging him... even the Sergeants and company 2IC is there to try to push him verbally...
The worst thing was that i have to keep an eye on him all the time... cannot slack.. cannot rest.... quite jia lat....
And my face after that really become "zhong kui" liao... very red.... can see a very obvious tan line between my exposed boday and covered body...

Then got a 15km run on Thursday, then got the COC parade rehearsal on Friday.. and i am so luckily part of it... each platoon only send out 16 people to take part... and so while we are practising under the hot sun.. the rest are slacking in bunk.... freaking hell....
Then i practically like roasted crab already.... kena burn like siao... from HCC to the COC parade rehearsal....
But thankfully... after the COC parade got nothing liao for the day... so we also slack all the way...

The best was Saturday... got a weight training seission only... and the PTI (Bryant).. who is our favourite PTI... lived up to his name... he allow us to choose ourselves... those who want to go train go train... those who don't want... sit one side... cool man... but too bad all these was spoilt when our CDO come to check... then everybody have to to a useless speed training... then go back to clean bunk... then book out at around 1200.... no lunch....

Then basically the whole day after that.. i spent it driving around... my parents came to fetch me, and i took over as driver... drove home, bath, then drove all the way to Jurong point.. under the guidiance of my father... went there shop around.. update my bank book... then went to fetch my brother to Eunos.. he giving tution.. then after that drove to Bedok.. go NTUC shop around... then drove back to Eunos to fetch my brother... then finally drove home...
Byt eh time i reach home... really quite shagged... didn't rest the whole day... so just watch my favourite "she diao ying xiong chuan"... then went to sleep liao... so didn't blog... too tired...
*I think Huang Rong is really quite cute.... haha... ^_^

And as for today...also got drive abit... morning drove my family to Eunos there for breakfast... then drove to the army shop at Bedok one... bought all my necessary equipments... then drove home...
Then basically stayed home all day... packed my stuffs... packed my room... blog.. watch TV... slack and rest... haha...
Oh yar... adn also ripping songs from KL... no choice lar... i don't even know what are the "happening" songs nowadays... at SISPEC my MP3 cannot receive 93.3...
Then my section mate played a Jay Chou's song... which i found very nice... then realise it was "yi lu xiang bei"... but the thing is that the one i listened to at the cinema didn't sound so nice... then suddenly like that hear... like find it very nice... so also download from KL... think maybe i was more towards "piao yi" at that time...

That's about it le... think maybe this Wednesday night can book out.. then Friday go straight to Changi Airport le...

Yeah.. got to go soon....

And here i am... got a night's out today... but got to report to SFT before 2145....
Will be going soon.... because joining my section mates for some pool session... so won't be blogging much...

To Alan... i no more Thursday book out... only got tonight's night off... but Saturday maybe booking out early... so see how ba.... ^_^

Now i notice my driving quite smooth already.... think drive until experience already... should be no problem in driving around alone liao... haha...
But that is provided i got the car....

That's about it.. got to go liao....

Arrgghhh.... got to go very soon...

ok.. this is a super short one.... got to go like in 10 minutes... did alot of family bonding this weekend.... drove around alot too.. because my parents came back...

Then anyway... this week too shagged to go out to chiong...had watermanship training on river crossing and taking the assault boat to chiong...ran 13km... had platoon live firing up a hill.... come home really shag like nobody's business.... so didn't bother to go out... only drove the car to fetch my parents around.... quite fun... haha...

Did a good thing too.. helped another section mate to pass SOC... helped to pace him... so felt qutie good... so far helped 2 people liao... then my section now left with 1 stubborn failure....
Oh well.. it's his loss... recourse is his problem liao... becuase if he doesn't want to put in effort... even if the platoon best SOC runner (which is me~~~~) want to hepl him also cannot....

That's about ti le... still got to go and clear up my room.. ebcause this morning re-arranged my room... so the stuffs in quite a mess....

And here i am again.... going to book in soon... again.... so very fast...

Basically... did nothing today... stayed home all day... slept for 3/4 of the time... haha.... tired ma...

This morning got basketball session.. finally... after so long... but so very unfortunately... i didn't make it...
Woke up at 0700 plus... can make for it one... but went back to sleep again... lucky i knew i most probably cannot make it one... so didn't promised to go...at least now i don't feel so bad.... haha...
Anyway i think i also not advisable to go... wake up that time find that my nose got 1 big block of blood liao... not enough rest and stuffs... heaty... so i guess going back to rest is the best thing... ( trying to find an excuse here... heez...)

Was also quite lazy to go.. because cannot drive... qutie sian lor... this few weeks my brother has been hogging on the car... then i cannot drive around.. then also cannot drive alone... so abit du lan lar... but well... i guess it's safety ba... so must endure.... parents coming back this Friday.. so i guess with clearance from my dad.. should be quite ok le... so the next few weeks later... i should be able to drive alone.. haha....

And so... spent the rest of the day watching TV... had a nap ... then blogging and packing my stuffs...

Was friendster surfing just now... and i saw something new and surprising... or at least.. didn't know till now... Mr Bernard... last time from my J1 class that Bernard... is ATTACHED!!!!
Was abit surprised... but well.. still ... good for him lar...haha... well done dude... poly grass greener... haha...
BTW... this is based on my conclusion... with no comfirmation from the actual person.. but if you all want to find out... check out his friendster...

And well... guess i should really spend the weekends resting man... this weekn going to chiong again.... Watermanship and stuffs... and chiong for 1 more week then will be going for ROC liao... looking forward to it... haha... because after coming back from it for 1 week will be my POP liao... 3 stipes coming my way.... then see after that can still cross-over or not... or go GUARDS i also don't mind.... haha...

A few thinking on my part... and i found out that... crossing over to OCS at the end of ASLC is the best... because only the best can do so... adn you already get your Sergeant rank.. so even if you didn't make it there... you are at least a Sergeant... unlike those who went straight in... if they didn't make it... then they will only become PTE.. or LCP... dono which... but well... rank not as high... haha...

So i guess... i will push on for this last cross-over man... haha...

Back again... shagged....

Well... back again....and like every other weekends.. come back comfirm quite shagged one.... and this time... is not enough sleep lor... thanks to the past 2 days of insufficient sleep....
But not bad lar.. at least got to book out early today.... before lunch... suppose to be 1100 .. but drag here and there... in the end only got out of SISPEC at 1200...

Oh well... start with the week of events first ba....

This week mainly is doing FIBUA... booked out to mainland 3 thrice for the training at Sugei Gedong there... my brother's Armour camp area.... quite far.. so alot of time is spent on travelling... which results in us reaching company line late.. and so that results in the insufficient sleep... especially on Thursday and Friday... slept at close to 0100 on Thursday.. then the next day have to wake up at 0400 plus.. ebcause we are going to do our FIBUA live shoot on Friday... then on Friday itself slept at 0100 plus.. becasue come back still have to clean the SAR 21 thoroughly... because got some inspection stuffs...

Other than that... also got a re-SOC for those who failed the first time round... i am suppose to pace my buddy.. but my S.C. wanted to push him instead.. so he got me to pace the law graduate of my section... and i am quite proud to say... he managed to pass... 09:56.... after 5 years absence from army.... i think that is really a very good effort made by him.... well done man....
But well... my section still got 3 people didn't make it... my buddy being one of them... all the timing quite close... with my buddy failing by the most... 4s... abit wasted... but at least now we know that it is possible for him to pass... there was quite alot of time wasted on waiting for people to clear the low rope... so in actual fact.. all of them can pass one....
So well.. hope they make it the next time round.. or else have to recourse .. then not very worth it...

That's about it this week... then this afternoon booked out liao... ate at Macdonald with some of my platoon friends.. then walked around White Sands... looked around the VCD shops... didn't see what i want... then went to buy some comics... bought a new comic... "Wu Zhuang Lian Jing"... quite interesting...

Then after that... basically went home le.... fell asleep on the sofa for awhile.. then went on to wash my clothes... and also my brothers clothes...
He is really quite unfair leh.. last time he in army.. ia lso help to wash his clothes so that he can spend time resting.. and with his GF.. then now i in army... i still have to do the same for him... freaking hell... just so he can spend more time with his GF.... haiz... unfair world....

After that watched some TV... then went online for some time... learnt that tomorrow morning got basketball... but knew i can't really make it... so didn't promise to go...

Basically... that's about it le.... go sleep liao...
